MPW 25 Year Profile
25 years ago Stephen and Andrew founded MPW with a simple philosophy to provide the highest standard of service and integrity to their clients.
Having spent a number of years working together with a large international brokerage, it became clear that things could be done differently to provide clients with a superior level of care and attention beyond that offered by the constraints of their existing employer.
The plan was executed and in 1986 the company was formed and soon developed into a successful brokerage competing favourably with far larger broking organisations and regularly winning new client instructions based on their specialist knowledge and professionalism.
2011 is our 25th year of trading and the culture of our business remains. We seek to provide exemplary levels of care and attention at all times and develop long term working relationships with our clients. Indeed, we would like to take this opportunity to thank our clients for their continued loyalty, particularly the many who have remained with us from day one.
Whilst we view the past with great pride and affection, MPW continues to look to the future. We remain fiercely independent. The five current shareholding directors are well prepared and keen to meet the challenges ahead and maintain profitable and well planned growth whilst continuing the culture that has been the backbone of MPW’s success.
