We seek to attain a full understanding of each client's exposure to risk. We are able to establish risk management programmes including the preparation and audit of disaster & crisis recovery management plans and to identify those areas where insurance represents a solution to transferring risk. Quotations will then be obtained from suitable Insurers able to offer the levels of security, cover and service standards we require.

Cover under individual Insurer's standard wordings for each class of business can considerably differ and may contain unsuitable restrictions or limitations which are wholly inappropriate to a particular client's business activities. For these reasons, we have in many cases negotiated extensions or amendments in cover with a number of Insurers and in certain cases even have agreed entire policy wordings for the exclusive use of our clients.

We recognise that continuity of contact is an important consideration when appointing professional advisers and allocate prime responsibility for each client account to a specific member of our team.

We aim to be regarded by our clients as effectively being their own insurance department and are available for consultation and advice in respect of any insurance related matter such as contract conditions and requirements, collateral warranties, unusual cover requirements, as well as claims handling and negotiation.
